Oil Change Service
When oil has degraded beyond the point where filtration can restore it, we remove, replace, filter and document the lot.
When your oil has degraded to the point where it no longer protects your machine — it is time to change it.
The old oil will be pumped from the reservoir tank into suitable containers. The inside of the tank is then cleaned with appropriate equipment and products. Once completed, fresh oil is filtered into the reservoir tank via a 3µm absolute filter element to the correct level. Offline filtration is established to ensure that the desired OEM-specified cleanliness level is achieved.
A sample of the oil is taken for laboratory testing and analysis. A final report is submitted to you confirming the condition of the oil now in your machine.
Licensed collection of the waste oil is part of the service if you do not have your own waste arrangements in place.
