Information we hold

When you contact us, create an account or submit an enquiry, we store the details you give us — your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message or request. We use this only to respond to you and to provide our services.

How we use it

We use your information to quote for work, arrange site visits, supply products and keep a record of the services we have carried out for you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Customer portal and lab reports

If you are a Hydracare customer, we also keep records of your machines, oil samples, lab results and reports, and the contacts we deal with, so we can service your equipment and show you your reports in the customer portal. This information is only visible to Hydracare staff and to people at your organisation whom we have given portal access. Sample details are shared with our testing laboratory, SGS, solely so the oil can be analysed. Our systems are hosted in the UK (London).

We record which pages signed-in users visit, to keep the service running well.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at enquiries@hydracare.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
