Offline filtration can be a cost-effective alternative to changing your oil and returns it to the correct ISO code or better. By filtering out particulate contamination, we reduce the wear on pump valves, seals and other components exposed to oil pressure.

Using our specialised equipment, all this can be performed with your machine in production, eliminating costly downtime.

However, there is no benefit from filtering oil back into a contaminated tank. So, if required, our fully-trained engineer will remove the oil before thoroughly cleaning the tank using a vacuum system, lint-free cloths and rubber squeegees to ensure the removal of all fibrous contamination. Oil is then filtered back into the tank through a 3-micron absolute filter unit, followed by offline filtration.
