OIL CHANGE SERVICE
We remove and replace your old oil when it has degraded or become contaminated beyond the point where filtration can restore it.
This process begins with oil being pumped out of your machine into barrels or intermediate containers. Licensed collection of this waste oil can then be arranged from your site. The oil tank of your machine is inspected and cleaned if required.
New oil, fresh from the barrel, is not clean enough for use in fine-tolerance equipment (such as modern injection moulding machines), so filtration is required. The new oil is run into the tank through a 3-micron absolute filter, followed by offline filtration to achieve the appropriate level of cleanliness.
We then sample the new oil and produce a report so that you have a record of the status of your oil.
